Tamil Nadu: 1–2 days | Other states: 3–5 days | Remote: 5–7 days
❓ Do you deliver across India?
Yes, pan-India delivery to all states and UTs.
❓ Can I track my order?
Yes! Tracking number sent by email after dispatch. Also available in your account dashboard.

Wholesale: Razorpay, Bank Transfer (no COD)
❓ Is COD available?
COD is for retail customers only. Wholesale customers use prepaid methods.
❓ Do prices include GST?
Yes, all prices are GST-inclusive. Full breakdown shown at checkout.
❓ How do wholesale discounts work?
15–30% auto-discount based on order volume. Applied at checkout when logged in as wholesale customer.

❓ Documents required?
Only a valid GSTIN. No other documents needed.

❓ Return policy?
7-day returns for damaged/defective items only. Opened food packaging cannot be returned unless defective.
